Legal Agreement and Parties

  • 1.1 This is a Legal Agreement. By accessing this website and using the services / products provided herein You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms and conditions apply generally to all the services and products contained within this website, and they govern the purchase by You of the services and products We provide.
  • 1.2 'You' means you (the customer), the visitor to this website. In case the user is not an individual 'You' means your Company, members, officers, agents and any other related party.
  • 1.3 'We' are CYPRUS MARINE SERVICES CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETY (CO-MARINE) LIMITED trading as 'Comarine Ltd' and 'Coop Travel'. We are a duly registered Company in the Societies Registry in pursuance of the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Laws and the Co-operative Societies Rules of Cyprus.
  • 1.4 We are members of the IATA (International Air Transport Association), ACTA (Association of Cyprus Travel Agents) and CTO (Cyprus Tourism Organisation).
  • 1.5 We are the owners and operators of this site. 'We' shall be construed to mean 'us', 'this website' or 'this site'.

Please take the time to read this section carefully. It is important for both of us that You understand our contractual relationship. Dependent upon the services or products We have sold to You, We act as Principal (where You have a contract directly with Us) or Agent (where Your contract is with a third party service provider) or Ticket Provider (where Your contract for Your scheduled/chartered flight is with the airline/carrier as dealt with below). The nature of this relationship affects Our obligations to You and Yours to Us. Your payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

We act as agent

Where We act as agents, for the person business or company providing, inter alia, travel services, accommodation and transportation services We do not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of services as shown, and all services and prices are subject to change without notice. We do not accept liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with Your convention pursuant to a contract between them and You and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond Our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on Our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.

We act as principal

Where You book a flight inclusive package, of which We are the operator, We act as principal therefore under the regulations of CTO of which We are a member. For further information, visit the CTO website at www.visitcyprus.biz.  This does not affect Your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that 'an inclusive price' in the above definition of a 'package' is one where You only have one price shown for the component parts of the 'package' and the cost is not broken-down by individual components or services. Where You make one payment for several components at the same time, but the price for each is displayed on the invoice, You have not purchased as package.

In such cases We are responsible for providing the travel arrangements You have booked. A formal contract will be formed between You and Us upon confirmation of Your booking.

In both the above cases (where We act as agent or principal) it is essential that You check with Us for any changes or variations to the information shown herein.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

For all services and products within this site, the following should be carefully considered:

Making a booking

  • You must be aged 18 years or over and have the legal capacity to make the transaction / booking with Us.
  • Availability of services/products within this site may vary between Reservation time and final booking. If the booking is not finalised, the availability established at the time of search and/or at reservation, may subsequently be lost.
  • The person making the booking is classed as the 'lead name' in any booking which includes more than one person. You will be the primary contact with Us and will accept any communications/correspondence from Us on behalf of Your entire party.
  • Where You are the lead name You agree to provide accurate and full information to the remainder of the party in relation to the booking, and by making the booking, You confirm that all the other members of the party, including any that may be added at a later date, agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • The lead name undertakes to Us that details You supply when making a booking are correct. This includes the correct spelling of the full names, as displayed in the passport at the time of travel, for all members of Your party. If there are any changes to the personal or contact details supplied to Us by You it is the lead name's responsibility to inform Us as soon as possible
  • The lead name is financially responsible for payment of the total holiday price, including any insurance premiums and subsequent cancellation or amendment charges that may be payable.
  • If Your booking has been paid by another person on Your behalf, We are entitled to assume that such person is authorised by You to deal with Us on Your behalf in relation to all matters concerning Your booking.
  • After You have made Your booking You shall receive an e-mail confirming Our acceptance, and at this time a binding contract comes into existence between us. Please check Your confirmation e-mail carefully.
  • If You have any special request, You must advise Us in writing at the time of booking. Although We will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests on to the relevant supplier/service provider (as applicable), We regret We cannot guarantee any request will be met unless We have specifically confirmed this. For Your own protection, You should obtain confirmation in writing from Us that Your request will be complied with (where it is possible for Us to give this) if Your request is important to You. Confirmation that a special request has been noted or passed on to the supplier/service provider (as applicable) or the inclusion of the special request on Your confirmation invoice or any other documentation is not confirmation that the request will be met. Unless and until specifically confirmed, all special requests are subject to availability. We regret We cannot accept any conditional bookings, i.e. any booking which is specified to be conditional on the fulfilment of a particular request. All such bookings will be treated as 'standard' bookings subject to the above provisions on special requests.

 

Prices
All prices:

  • Are quoted (unless otherwise provided) to cover the cost of the service and/or product booked.
  • Are inclusive of applicable taxes otherwise stated.
  • Are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise provided
  • Are accurate at the time of booking. If after the booking taxes, fees or charges are introduced or increased the cost of the service / product booked will be increased to cover this.
  • All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
  • Any applicable supplements will be calculated on a per person per day basis or on a per unit per day basis or whichever other basis is applicable, will be shown separately and added to the basic quotation.
  • Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date.

Once the full price has been paid and the Vouchers have been issued We will not increase the price to be paid by You unless the Supplier of the service/product also increases the price of the said service/product. In this case We reserve the right to pass the additional cost onto You.

Price increases or decreases after booking will be passed on by way of a surcharge or refund. A surcharge or refund (as applicable) will be payable, subject to the conditions set out in this clause, if Our costs increase or decrease as a result of transportation costs (e.g. fuel, scheduled airfares and any other airline surcharges which are part of the contract between airlines (and their agents) and the tour operator) or dues, taxes or fees payable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation or disembarkation fees at ports or airports increasing or decreasing or Our costs increase or decrease as a result of any changes in the exchange rates which have been used to calculate the cost of Your holiday.
You are required to pay the increase when notified by Us or You may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees.

Bookings, Confirmation and vouchers

  • We accept all bookings made at least 72 hours (or more) prior to the first day or time of Your travel arrangements. In some case this time limit may be less depending on the service/product supplier.
  • When You book and pay for a product through this site You will receive an immediate confirmation in the form of Payment Record Number (PRN) or in the case of flights a Passenger Name Record (PNR). Subject to the Suppliers' restrictions, rules and regulations regarding Your booking and issuance of vouchers, We shall then verify payment. For immediate availability We shall issue the Vouchers within 24 to 72 hours and send them to You at the e-mail address provided to Us.
  • Paper/manual Vouchers are delivered by courier at the delivery address provided to Us and carry a service charge. For both Limassol and Nicosia deliveries please allow 24 hours on working days. For deliveries outside Limassol and Nicosia please allow 72 hours on working days.
  • For on-request availability We shall request confirmation from the Supplier, which will normally be received within 24 hours. Upon receipt of supplier's confirmation We shall issue the Voucher(s) within 24 to 72 hours and send them to Your at the e-mail address provided to Us.
  • You must print (colour printer is preferable) the Voucher(s) communicated to the e-mail address provided to Us and present same to the Supplier of the product. In case of trouble when printing the Voucher(s) please contact Us immediately for corrective action on 77771717.

Travel documents (passports, visas, health requirements, driving licence etc.)
Each country has its own entry and exit requirements. It is Your responsibility to make sure that You and the members of Your party meet the passport, visa and health requirements of the countries You wish to visit and those that You transit through (even if it is for a plane change) and that all parties have and carry with them all valid travel documents, as necessary.

Many countries require that Your passport should be valid for a period of (a minimum) six months from the date of arrival into that country. We advise You consult Your Doctor and the relevant embassy / consulate well in advance of Your departure. We do not accept any responsibility if You should be denied boarding or entry into any country or are deported due to non-fulfilment of the above. Similarly, if failure on Your part to comply with any applicable requirement results in fines, costs or penalties being incurred, You will be responsible for reimbursing Us or the service provider accordingly.

It is also Your responsibility to check for any travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the Relevant Travel Advice Units before making any bookings or travelling to international destinations.

If You or any member of Your party has any medical problem or disability which may affect Your holiday, please tell Us before You confirm Your booking so that We can advise as to the suitability of the chosen arrangements. In any event, You must give us full details in writing at the time of booking. If We or the service provider reasonably feel unable to properly accommodate the particular needs of the person concerned, We (or the service/product supplier as applicable) must reserve the right to decline their reservation or, if full details are not given at the time of booking, cancel when We become aware of these details.

Insurance
Adequate insurance cover may exist from insurance companies according to each insurance program's contract (i.e. medical expenses, personal injuries, theft etc). In all cases and for all products and services, whether as part of a package or not, every customer who travels must have adequate travel insurance cover which is suitable for their particular needs. We strongly recommend that You and all members of Your party are adequately insured as soon as You make a booking. We cannot be held responsible for Your costs if You fail to do so. Please read Your policy details carefully and take them with You on holiday.

Payments
We shall not accept Your booking unless full payment is made by debit or credit card. Cash and cheque options are possible to individuals and/or Travel Agents when effecting a booking and payment in person at Our offices. Such cheque payments are subject to clearance through our Bank. Payment by special agreement is reserved for pre authorised accounts and/or Travel Agents. Following payment We shall process Your booking and advise You accordingly. In case of non-availability We shall recommend alternative options and if not accepted by You, We undertake to refund the amount You have paid us.

Groups
For a group of 10 or more persons You are kindly asked to call Our offices on 77771717 or send Your request to Us through Our site.

Cancellation of, or Major Changes to your booking by Us
There may be occasional and valid reasons in most cases beyond Our control, when cancellations / changes have to be made and We reserve the explicit right to do so. In such cases or in the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, for reasons beyond Our control, We will do Our utmost to notify You as soon as possible and once such information is received by the service provider.

If the change to be effected is a major one such as, but not limited, to a change of resort, hotel, car, taxi or a change in the departure time of a flight / cruise of over 12 hours or changes in the departure or arrival airport / port, or the cancellation of Your booking we will let You know as soon as possible. In such cases, and to the extent permitted by each service provider You may have the following options:
1. Accept the change of arrangements as notified.
2. Take our offered substitute package / service of equivalent or superior quality if We are able to provide.
3. Take our offered substitute of lower quality if We are able to provide one and accept a refund from us of the difference in price between the price of the package purchased and the substitute one offered.
4. Choose another Holiday from us and pay, or receive a refund of, any price difference.
5. Cancel your booking, in which case You will be entitled to full or part refund, whichever is applicable according to the service provider’s rules.

We will have no liability towards You if the change to or cancellation of Your booking occurs by reason of unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond Our control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even if all due care had been exercised.

Cancellations and/or Amendments by You
In the event that You wish to cancel or amend any part of Your travel arrangements, including change of names, after Our confirmation has been effected and sent to You we undertake to do Our utmost to effect such changes, subject to availability, the type of suppliers (airlines, car hire companies, hotels etc) You have chosen and their cancellation/amendments charges. In all such cases, it is mandatory to receive Your written request through Our site, post, fax or e-mail.
All cancellations and amendments are subject to charges and penalties which vary according to the service / product you booked. Please refer to the relevant product section below.

Force majeure
In case of any changes caused by natural disasters, threats of war, weather conditions, industrial or labour disputes or any similar delays announced after You have purchased Your service or product from Us, We regret We will be unable to make any refunds (unless We obtain any refunds from Our suppliers), pay You any compensation or meet any costs or expenses You incur as a result. However We will do Our utmost to assist You with making alternative arrangements and/or obtaining whatever refund, if any, You are entitled to.

Errors
There may be occasions when obvious errors occur as a result of maintaining the Website. When this occurs a price, product or service may be displayed incorrectly and in such instances We / the service/product supplier reserve the right to cancel any contract based on the price, product or service which is displayed incorrectly immediately without liability to You (if a contract has in fact come into existence). We constantly monitor and check Our systems to minimise the threat of this happening and in the unlikely event that this happens to You, We will inform You as soon as possible.

Termination
You must remember that You are responsible for Your actions and the effect they may have on others. If We, Your service/product supplier or another person in authority (such as Your aircraft pilot or hotel manager) reasonably believe Your actions are causing or are likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, We or the service/product supplier concerned are entitled, without prior notice to terminate the holiday or other service of the person(s) concerned. This could mean You are prevented from using any of the travel arrangements You booked. If this happens, the contract of the person(s) concerned will automatically be terminated and We / the service/product supplier will not pay compensation or refunds or meet any expenses You suffer as a result. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage caused by You.

Complaints and claims
For all bookings of services or products from this site, if You have a complaint / claim You must contact the service/product supplier and/or its local management/representative and Us as soon as possible to allow them/Us the opportunity to immediately rectify / resolve the situation. It is in both our interests for You to obtain a written report from the management/representative once the problem arises. Wherever possible You will be provided with the contact details of Your service/product supplier before You travel. If the complaint / claim remains outstanding and corrective action is not taken by the service/product provider, You must write to Us providing full details of Your complaint / claim as soon as possible upon Your return (at least within 7 days of Your return). We will, where appropriate, liaise with the service / product provider and do Our utmost to resolve the complaint to Your best possible satisfaction.

SERVICES AND PRODUCTS WITHIN THIS SITE

Below are Our Specific Terms and Conditions which apply to particular types of service/product in addition to the Conditions shown above. You must read the appropriate section(s) before booking. They are designed to be read together with the General Terms and Conditions, but should there be a conflict or ambiguity between the Specific Terms and the General Terms and Conditions, the Specific Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITION

FLIGHTS

Air transportation is subject to the individual terms of the individual air carriers, which are incorporated herein by reference and made part of the contract of carriage.  Incorporated terms may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Liability limitations for personal injury or death.
  2. Baggage liability limitations.
  3. Overbooking of flights and compensation schemes.
  4. The right of the carriers to change the terms of the contract.
  5. The right of the carriers to change schedules without notice.
  6. Rules on reconfirmation, check-in times.

We strongly advise You to inspect the full text of each carrier's applicable terms and policies which can be found at its airport and city offices. Extra care should be taken on the following issues:

  • Fare Rules and Regulations
    The passenger must be aware of all important fare rules and regulations. Special attention should be paid to the so called LOW COST fares and/or special offers, which are accompanied by substantial restrictions according to each carrier's charge.
  • Flight details
    There are occasions when delays may occur. It is Your responsibility to reconfirm Your flight, departure and return dates and times. In the case of delays announced after You have checked in, most airlines will normally offer:
    • Between 4 and 6 hours: Light refreshments and/or a snack.
    • Between 6 and 12 hours: A main meal
    • Over 12 hours: Overnight accommodation and overnight kit, if possible.
      The above arrangements may vary between airlines and/or may be amended without any prior notice.
  • Non smoking rules
  • Pregnancy certificate and safety
  • Children and Infants age.
    Normally Children should be older than 2 but less than 12 years of age. Infants are less than 2 years of age. Age requirements refer to the date of return flight. The system will advise the correct fare for children and/or infants provided a date of birth has been specified.
  • Conditions for transportation of Unaccompanied Minors. For assistance please contact the carrier directly as well as a member of our team on 77771717.
  • Refusal to passage. Disruptive passengers' conditions of carriage.
  • Baggage/restrictions. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage to baggage incurred.
  • Excess Baggage weight- claims

  • Air transportation of live animals

Tickets
We are a ticketless company. When You have made Your booking You will be issued with a confirmation email, which details Your itinerary and confirmation number. You must quote this number at check-in in order to travel. The number is valid for the flight(s) booked or as subsequently amended. We do not accept any liability for any misuse of Your confirmation number. Please keep it safe.

Taxes and charges
  1. Any taxes or charges imposed by a governmental or other authority including the operator of an airport which We are obliged to collect from You or to pay in respect of You and Your flight/carriage, will be payable by You to us in addition to the fare.
  2. The total amount of such taxes and charges which are not included in the fare and are payable by You, will be clearly pointed out to You at the time of booking.
  3. The taxes and charges are constantly changing and may be imposed or increased after the date that Your booking is confirmed. If any such tax or charge is introduced or increased after confirmation of Your booking you are obliged to pay an extra amount to Us to cover the additional tax or charge before departure. Failure to pay such extra charge may affect Your ability to depart.

Cancellations and/or Amendments by You
If You want to amend any details regarding Your flight reservation, We, according to the relevant airline rules, may have to cancel Your original flight and purchase a new one and You will be required to pay the full flight cost again. We will also charge You an administration charge between €30-€50 per change per booking, and You will be liable to pay the hotel, airline or any other ultimate product charges resulting from Your changes.
Please note that in most cases, once Airline Tickets are issued, changes are not permitted. Changes after airline tickets are issued will usually result in a 100% cancellation charge.


HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Prices
All prices:

  • Are inclusive of all applicable taxes
  • Are in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise provided
  • Are quoted (unless otherwise provided) to cover room and local service charges.
  • Are accurate at the time of booking.
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable supplements (e.g. half board, full board, sea view etc) will be calculated on a per person per night basis, shown separately and added to the basic quotation. If taxes, fees or charges are introduced or increased the cost of the accommodation may be increased to cover this. Once the full price has been paid and the Accommodation Vouchers have been issued We will not increase the price to be paid by You unless the Supplier of the accommodation establishment also increases any element of the price of the said accommodation. In this case We reserve the right to pass the additional cost onto You.

Check-in & Check-out
Hotel accommodation prices reflect a 24 hour occupancy of the chosen accommodation. Check in and check-out times vary from country to country but normal check-in times are between 1 to 2 pm whilst late check-out time is at the discretion of the accommodation establishment, at an extra cost and subject to availability at the time of firm booking. If in doubt we recommend that You book an additional night.

Stars or class category classification
Star ratings and/or class category classifications may vary in quality from country to country and, therefore, cannot be relied upon to identify the quality of the accommodation establishment. A detailed brochure of each accommodation establishment, including photos (if applicable), is provided where available by the system for Your review and check prior to booking and payment.

Hotel Information
Every effort has been made to provide accurate information, including photographs of all accommodation services featured on Our site or supplied through Our site. In certain cases information and photographs provided by accommodation establishments may differ from actual. All such information is provided by the suppliers. We endeavor to feature accommodation services of commonly acceptable standards reflecting their star rating or class category classification but We are not liable for any misrepresentation in the accuracy of information, descriptions or photographs supplied by third parties. In certain cases accommodation services supplied through Our site may require maintenance or may be non-operational due to adverse weather conditions (e.g. sporting facilities) or may be withdrawn at short notice and without reference to Us by the supplier(s). For such cases or any other which materially affect Your enjoyment, it is in both Our interests for You to advise the local management of the accommodation establishment immediately, get a written report from the management before leaving the establishment and if corrective action is not taken or Your complaint is not dealt with during Your stay, contact Us upon Your return for a complaint follow up. It is understood that accommodation establishments only heat their swimming pools during cold weather and subject to the number of clients in residence. The decision rests entirely with the management of the establishment. We do not accept liability or responsibility should You then consider the accommodation to be overcrowded. Beds for children may not be of full size and could be folding or camp bed in style.

Cancellation and/or amendments
If after a confirmation has been given You wish to amend Your accommodation arrangements You must submit a written request to Us. We shall do Our utmost to effect the change(s) but this is dependent on restrictions set forth by the accommodation establishments, and may attract a penalty or an increase in costs.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
All cancellations will incur the cancellation charge of Euro 17.00 per person. Additionally:

  • All cancellations made more than 55 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the deposit.
  • All cancellations made between 54 and 45 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total accommodation cost.
  • All cancellations made between 44 and 21 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total accommodation cost.
  • All cancellations made between 20 and 15 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 75% of the total accommodation cost.
  • All cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost and are totally non-refundable.

HOLIDAY PACKAGES

Package programme
The holiday package brochure of each Tour Operator which is provided by this site, specify in detail the program of each package. You and all members of Your party have to follow the specified schedule/programme of the holiday package booked. Failure to do so does not give You the right to claim for unused services.

Package Information
Every effort has been made to provide accurate information, including photographs, of all holiday packages featured on Our site or supplied through Our site. We endeavour to feature holiday package of commonly acceptable standards but We are not liable for any misrepresentation in the accuracy of information, descriptions or photographs supplied by third parties. In certain circumstances changes or deviations from the holiday package programme may necessitate. All schedules, itinerary destinations, hours of arrival and departure, hotel and/or land transfers, sightseeing tours and other components of the package programme are subject to change without prior notice and without reference to Us by the Tour Operators. If such eventuality materially affects Your enjoyment, it is in both Our interest for You to advise the management or the representative of the Tour Operator immediately, get a written report from the management and if corrective action is not taken or Your complains is not dealt with during Your package, contact us upon Your return for a complaint follow up.

Cancellations and/or amendments
If after a confirmation has been given You wish to amend your package arrangements You must submit a written request to Us. We shall do Our utmost to effect the change(s) but this is dependent on restrictions set forth by the Tour Operator and may attract a penalty or an increase in costs.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:
All cancellations will incur the cancellation charge of Euro 17.00 per person. Additionally:

  • All cancellations made more than 31 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation charge of 10% of the total holiday package cost.
  • All cancellations made between 30 and 11 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation charge of 35% of the total holiday package cost.
  • All cancellations made within 10 days prior to departure will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total holiday package cost and are totally non-refundable.

TRANSFERS

General
The destination and pick up addresses on Your ticket are the addresses to which You will be delivered and be picked up. We endeavour that the vehicle(s) arrives on time and that it reaches its destination on time.

Baggage
Your luggages are limited to two items including hand luggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. In the event You have excess luggage, We reserve the right to charge an excess baggage allowance or refuse to transport the items.
Please note that Your property is carried entirely at Your own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.

Car/Model classifications
Every effort has been made to provide accurate information, including photographs of all cars and models supplied through Our site. In certain cases information and photographs provided by Our suppliers may differ from actual. All such information is provided by the suppliers. We endeavour to feature transfers of commonly acceptable standards reflecting their class category classification but We are not liable for any misrepresentation in the accuracy of information, descriptions or photographs supplied by third parties. In certain cases cars supplied by Our suppliers through Our site may not be to Your full expectations or may not be in the standard of cleanliness or operational state anticipated by You or may without negligence on Your part, break down. In such an eventuality it is in both Our interests for You to advise the local management of the transfer supplier immediately get a written report from the management and if corrective action is not taken or Your complaint is not dealt with during Your transfer, contact us upon Your return for the initialisation of a complaint procedure and follow up.
Vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required under European Law and every care is always taken.

Cancellations and/or amendments
If after a confirmation has been given, You wish to amend your transfer arrangements You must submit a written request to Us. Cruises
The transportation of guest(s) and baggage is subject to the individual terms and conditions of the individual cruise line, which are incorporated herein by reference and made part of the cruise contract. Incorporated terms may include, but are not limited to:

  • Liability limitations for personal injury or death.
  • Baggage liability limitations.
  • The right of the Cruise Lines to change the terms of the contract.
  • The right of the Cruise Lines to change schedules without notice.
  • Right of refusal of passage. Individual terms and conditions of the Cruise Lines promoted through Our site can be provided upon Your written request. You have also the right to inspect the full text of each Cruise Line's applicable terms at its seaport and city offices.

Advanced or delayed sailings and changes in itinerary
On the Cruise Brochure (provided by the system) of each Cruise Line the departure and arrival times are specified in detail. You and all members of Your party have to follow the specified schedule of the cruise booked and failure on Your part to adhere does not give You the right to claim for unused service(s). In the event of strikes, lockouts, riots, adverse weather conditions or mechanical difficulties, or for any other reason whatsoever, Cruise Lines may at any time and without prior notice, cancel, advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call and may, but is not obliged to, substitute another ship or port of call, and said Line is not to be liable for any loss whatsoever to guests by reason of such cancellation, advancement, postponement, deviation or substitution.

Pick – up and Drop off
Car rental prices reflect a 24-hour hire of the chosen car. Pick-up and drop-off times vary from country to country but normal pick-up and drop-off times from a city location are limited to within the regular opening and closing hours of business of the location. Pick-up and drop-off outside the normal hours of business of a specific location will incur a surcharge. Pick-up and drop-off at any time of day or night is possible at extra charge payable locally when collection Your chosen car from an airport location. If in doubt we recommend that You check with the specific car rental supplier at time of booking.

Car/Model classifications
Car group ratings and/or car class classifications may vary from country to country and, therefore cannot be relied to identify the size or capacity of the selected car. Details of the selected car including photos (if applicable) are provided by the system for Your perusal prior to booking and payment.

Car Information

In certain cases cars supplied by car rental operators through Our site may not be to Your full expectations or may not be in the standard of cleanliness or operational state anticipated by You or may without negligence on Your part, break down. In such an eventuality it is in both Our interests for You to advise the local management of the car rental suppliers immediately get a written report from the management and if corrective action is not taken or Your complaint is not dealt with during Your rental, contact Us upon Your return for the initialisation of a complaint procedure and follow up.
It is understood that a car indicated to seat three or more adults does not necessarily mean it can take their baggage. We do not accept liability or responsibility should You then consider the car boot to be of limited space. We recommend that You consider a bigger car at the time of booking rather than at the time of pick-up.

  • All cancellations made more than 55 days prior to the pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the deposit.
  • All cancellations made between 54 and 45 days prior to the pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total car rental cost.
  • All cancellations made between 44 and 21 days prior to the pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total car rental cost.
  • All cancellations made between 20 and 15 days prior to the pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 75% of the total car rental cost.
  • All cancellations made within 14 days of the pickup time will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the total car rental cost and are totally non-refundable.

Compliance with Laws

You shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Cyprus and foreign authorities related to any service, product, or download associated with this site.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Cyprus and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Cyprus.
